The Bow Muscle Scraper is perfect for treating large muscle groups such as the legs. Most scrapers are designed to be held with 1 hand, making it difficult to apply a lot of force. The Bow, on the other hand, is intended to be used with two hands, which allows you to exert extra force. Say goodbye to muscle aches and tension!

Become your own physiotherapist
Do you want the freedom to treat yourself and no longer be dependent on time-consuming, expensive and ineffective physiotherapy? Then you will love muscle scraping! Our scrapers are designed so that you can give yourself a perfect treatment. Wherever and whenever you want.

A once-in-a-lifetime investment with our lifetime warranty
Our scrapers are made of stainless steel and will last a lifetime. How can we be so sure? Because our scrapers have a lifetime warranty. They are made with the highest quality in mind, with edges that are just the right thickness. You don’t want a scraper with an edge that is too sharp, because this will hurt. You also don’t want a scraper with too thick a rim, because that’s ineffective. Our scrapers have the perfect balance in this, so that you can give yourself a smooth and effective treatment.

How do you use it?
1. Apply some oil or ointment to the area you want to treat. This ensures that the scraper glides smoothly over the skin. Places that are most suitable are the places where you feel the most tension, pinching and / or muscle pain. Areas with a lot of scar tissue are also very suitable.
2. Scrape the area back and forth, in movements of about 10-20cm. Make sure you scrape in the same direction every time. You spend about 20 seconds per place, unless you notice that you have found a place that requires a little more attention.
3. When treating very stiff muscles you will notice that you will see red spots. It often even resembles a bruise. This is quite normal. In fact, it means this place needs a little extra attention! It is a sign that your body is “clearing” this place.
4. Immediately feel the difference in stiffness, pinching and stress. The treated area is now full of blood and you will immediately notice that you have more mobility.

Muscle scraping is best done after a training session.
